    Explanation:

    Endotoxins are liposacharides and toxic substances found in the outer membrane of gram negative bacteria. They are toxins produced within the cell of bacteria. These toxins are released when the bacteria ruptures or disintegrates. This can happen as a result of the immune system or antibiotics attack the bacteria and break down their cell walls. It causes inflammation and shock.

    It can cause uneccessary proapoptotic in immune system during during sepsis resulting in damage to immune system which cause septic shock.
