    The correct answer is option A, liver cells use different genes than muscle cells

    The nucleotide sequences represents the gene coding which is different in each individual and its body parts. Genes are basically the building blocks of DNA, which code for specific polypeptide.

    Since the coding is unique in each gene, the traits expressed or the functions performed by any body organ is different than the function performed by other body organ though they are made up of same cells.
