What my happen to an organism when is living Spaces destroyed

im not sure what the question might be asking for specifically, but many things can happen once an organisms habitat is destroyed. one major thing that can happen is the organism dying out.

Explanation: if the habitat is destroyed, an organism no longer has the shelter and conditions it was acclimated to. the organism evolved to live a certain way and if you force it into another environment, it wont know how to survive. its like taking a penguin and making it live in the dessert. the penguin has a biology specifically made for cool temperatures, it wouldn't be ready for a totally different environment
