Respiratory syndrome is caused by single celled fungus called Aspergillus species. Aspergillus fumigatus is the most common species causing respiratory syndrome. It infects lungs and its infection forms simple fungal ball called aspergilloma with pulmonary infection. Fever, cough, dysponea and haemoptysis are the symptoms of Aspergillus infection.
