If a pedigree is tracking an autosomal recessive trait, what is the genotype of the shaded shapes (make u an example and give the scientific term for this type of genotype

    The shaded shapes mean that person/animal has the trait and expresses it, so say that blue eyes is recessive, which it is, the person would have to have homozygous dominant alleles to express the recessive trait.
