A client is being discharged from the hospital after being diagnosed with and treated for systemic lupus erythematosus (sle). what would the nurse not include when teaching the client and family information about managing the disease?

    If the client has a problem with medication, he or she can stop it until the next physician. is what the nurse is not suppose to include when teaching the client and family about managing the disease. The client is suppose to take exactly as directed and is not suppose to stop medication even if symptom are relieved unless advised to do so by the physician.
