What do you predict would happen to a cell in which tRNA were unable to function properly during protein synthesis?

Answer It would be impossible to unwind DNA.

Ribosomal subunits would not be able to function.

The mRNA would not be translated into a sequence of amino acids.

Transcription of DNA into RNA would not be able to take place.

    The answer is The mRNA would not be translated into a sequence of amino acids.

    The role of tRNA is to bring amino acids to ribosomes where mRNA is used as a template for proteins synthesis. If tRNA were unable to function properly during protein synthesis, the mRNA would not be translated into a sequence of amino acids.
