You isolate a molecule from an alien creature. It is double stranded and has new unknown nitrogenous bases. It has B-D and R-Q base pairs. Is this molecule more likely to be DNA or RNA? Explain your answer.

    The molecule will be more likely to be DNA.

    Explanation:

    Among the two nucleic acids, DNA is double stranded. The molecule which is being isolated from the alien creature is also double stranded so it can slightly resemble the DNA than RNA, which is the single stranded molecule.
