The population of species which lies at a lower trophic level to the bald eagle will increase rapidly

    Explanation:

Bald Eagles are usually found at the highest trophic level i. e the tertiary trophic level. This means that there is no higher level organism to feed upon the tertiary organism.

Once the bald eagles are removed from the ecosystem, the species lying at level lower (i. e secondary level) to the bald eagles will start growing rapidly. And the population of species lying below the secondary level will start reducing.
