    Explanation:

    In the question above mentioned all the conditions are true about the virus but the best statement which support most of the biologists is when virus is isolated from the cells it will no longer replicate its gene or regenerate the ATPs because viruses require the host machinery for its genome replication.

    So, when virus is isolated there will be no longer presence of host machinery and virus will unable to replicate its genes.
