Not sure what you mean but here's what i think
1. They are substrate-specific, because it's a lock-and-key mechanism.
2. They are re-used
3. They can catalyze reactions
4. They decrease activation energy
5. They are proteins by nature.

Enzymes speed up reactions by bringing reactants together and reducing the activation energy required to start the reaction (enzymatic reaction). Enzymes are specific: they have a specific shape, therefore only a certain substrate will fit its active site. Enzymes do not affect equilibrium. Enzymes bind transition states (the peak of the reaction coordinate diagram) better than substrates. Enzymes need a lot of energy and are large.
