A car is advertised as going from 0 to 60 miles/hour in 6 seconds. What is the advertised acceleration in miles per hour squared?

    Change in velocity = 60-0 = 60 m/s

    Total time = 6 sec

    Acceleration = velocity/time = 60/6 = 10 m/s²
