How does the atmosphere effect the other spheres

    I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Really the only other sphere under the atmosphere is the lithosphere which is Earth's actual crust. The atmosphere obviously affects earth by protecting it from harmful UV rays and acting as a green house to keep heat and necessary gasses inside our planet. The atmosphere is separated into several different spheres. Is that what you mean?
