The approach of the people towards the mental health is quite ignorant. People tend to take diseases related to the behavioral and other such aspect of a person very lightly. Even the person suffering from a kind of mental problem tend to stay in dark and not come forward for any kind of analysis or treatment because of the fear of the societal reactions. and the delayed treatment results in the enhancement of the mental conditions., which is some selected cases prove to be extremely life-threatening for the person suffering.

It is important for the people to understand that the mental health is just as vital as the physical health for a person to function properly and live his live.
