    There are no choices given, but with the above description, there is definitely an impact on the ecosystem. Shrimps feed on parasites, phytoplankton, and algae. Depletion would mean uncontrolled increase of their food sources that in turn disrupt the balance. Also, shrimp provide food to several animals. When shrimp disappears, other another animal who feed on shrimps will be endangered in extinction due to a limited food source.
