    Actually in this case, it can be confirmed by performing medical laboaratory test like a complete blood count test, then fecal test, then endoscopy test, then Xray test and also may be biopsy of the tissues, hence these are some of the main tests nurse would expect the diagnosis to be confirmed for sure.
