How could the species and hotel coexist?

The habitat of the new species can be establised to determine what are the environmental conditions required in the habitat of the new species. For example, what plants the new species live in and what the new species feed on and conditions affecting the reproduction/life span of the new species and these factors can be conserved for the new species to survive. It is also possible for the hotel to conserve that specific area as a garden or conservatory area for the species to coexist with the hotel. The hotel could also hire specialists to maintain the area and ensure conservation of the new species.
