If sound doesn't travel or move, then what does when we hear something that originated on the other side of the room?

    it is a wave it is longtidnal wave it only moved in a medium it is not able to move in vacuum i. e if you are in space and talk your voice can't be heard bcz sound doesn't travel in vacuum

    if sound doesn't move from one place to another you can't hear it
