    rDNA technology is technology of creating new combination of DNA While Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is one of the techniques used in r DNA technology for amplification of particular DNA fragment. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is used in molecular biology to amplify a single copy or a few copies of a segment of DNA across several orders of magnitude, generating thousands to millions of copies of a particular DNA sequence.
