    The nurse would suspect that the client has legionella pneumonia as this disease is accompanied by cough, weakness, malaise and diarrhea. This disease occurs because of a bacterium called Legionella, which could be exhibited from freshwater environments. People who are 50 years old and above are at risk for this disease which the 66 year old client has exhibit.
