A dentist hypothesizes that patients that floss their teeth every day will have fewer cavities than those that don't. He questioned several of his patients regarding their flossing habits and then compiled the table found below. Patient Name Flosses daily? Number of cavities Jamal Y 2 Kendra N 4 Stephanie N 1 Brandy Y 3 Travis Y 1 Does the dentist's data support his hypothesis? A. Further research is needed. B. Yes; flossing daily prohibits the formation of cavities. C. No; flossing daily actually increases the number of cavities. D. Yes; flossing daily definitely reduces the number of cavities.

    Im not sure, but i think its a because you need more evidence and its not an even amount of people, good luck though
