A 67-year-old client at the free clinic where you practice nursing has a history of seizures and presents with severe fatigue, frequent headaches, and a sore and beefy red tongue. What could be causing her current condition?

    Explanation:

    Alcoholism is a situation of taking too much of alcohol. And the effects of exposing the body to excess alcohol are numerous, ranging from liver failure to diabetes, blood pressure, heart attack, irregular heart beat and stroke.

    The intestinal disorder include different problems associated with the intestine. These include, constipation, cancer, irritable bowel syndrome among others.

    Some symptoms of intestinal disorder are bleeding, pain in the belly, diarrhea and bloating.
