Your 23-year-old brother has never been interested in exercising. He has a rather fast metabolism and has never gained any weight. You are trying to get him to exercise and he sees no value in doing so. What argument could you use?

    Exercise is not only used to combact the issue of weight gain, but is also needed for proper functioning of all the organs.

    When you exercise you transport alot of oxygen to the brain, which boosts its health and functioning. Through exercising you also avoid diseases that catches up with us in old age such as alzhiemers and heart diseases. Not only is it beneficial for our health but for our overall well-being. When you exercise you are always energetic and full of life. Benefits of exercising also includes having a healthy skin.
