Cellular nutrition is the process through which energy and raw materials are provided to each cell in the body; it is, therefore, what allows our bodies to be healthy, perfectly functional and adaptable.

Not only does the cell make up most all of your body, your cells can convert stored energy into ATP, or Adenosene triphosphate. The cells can use this energy to function. Without ATP, we wouldn't be able to produce usable energy fast enough to meet demands, or stay alive. While I could go into extreme detail about this, I would recommend Khan Academy to smooth out any additional issues. Have a wonderful day, and Good Luck!
