What moves in and out of the cell membrane easily

    The membrane is semipermeable so substances with smaller molecules than starch, for example glucose can move through the membrane

    Water is one of the molecules that moves out of the cell membrane quickly. This is because of osmosis and aquaporins. (just had a test on this XD)
