Photosynthesis is the process that plants use to turn light energy into food. Without photosynthesis, plants would not be able to survive. Plants produce oxygen as a result of photosynthesis. Humans need this oxygen to survive. Without photosynthesis, plants wouldn't get the nutrition they need and would die. Therefore, humans wouldn't get the oxygen they need.
