Can you find introns and exons on eukaryotic DNA?

    Introns are the non coding region on the DNA and the Exon's are the coding region on the DNA. During transcription process only the coding region or exons are transcribed into the mRNA. Hence both the introns and exons are present in the eukaryotic DNA.
