    hyperglycemia (high blood glucose)

    Explanation:

The absorption of glucose is performed by carriers. The excess concentration of glucose in the body allows glucose for faster filtration instead of absorption by carriers. The glucose present in the tubule cannot be reabsorbed as excess glucose causes carriers to get saturated.

Thus no more glucose will be reabsorbed. The rate of transport at the time of saturation is called transport maximum. Tm is transport maximum. The Tm is the transport capacity at maximum level.
