    O2 (oxygen) is not needed for photosynthesis to occur.

    D) Oxygen is NOT Needed. That is something that will come out of it. After photosynthesis, Oxygen comes out of it. It is kind of a side effect. They give out oxygen, we breath out Carbon Dioxide.
