The force that resists all motion is friction.
Explanation:
In physics, friction can be described as a force which opposes any kind of motion. It is the resistance of motion of one object relative to another object. For example, suppose that we want to move a box in some places. To move the box, we will apply a force to push the box. There will be a certain force that will act against our force of pushing. This force will e termed as the friction. Hence, as we now know that friction is the force which makes most of our daily tasks difficult yet it allows us to walk on Earth.
