Correct answer: It contains okazaki fragments

During DNA replication two strand is formed one is called leading strand and another is called as lagging strand. Leading strand is said to be parent strand and it replicate in 3'-5' direction, while lagging strand replicate discontinuously in 5'-3' direction.

Lagging strand is one of the two strand which is found in the DNA, which replicates discontinuously in the form of short section. These sections are called as okazaki fragments.

Okazaki fragments found in eukaryotes are in the size range of 1000 to 2000 nucleotides and in prokaryotes it is 100 to 200 nucleotides long.
