    the formula to find force is F=ma

    F - Force (in newtons)

    m - mass (in kg)

    a - acceleration (in m/s)

    in this case you need to find acceleration, so isolate a by making the formula a=f/m. plug in your numbers then you're done

    a=30/70

    a=0.429 (rounded)
