Four abiotic factors in a prairie system

Abiotic factors are things in a system that are not alive.

There are usually general abiotic factors such as:

Air, Water, Rocks, and Dirt (Dirt can be considered biotic and abiotic, most teachers will take it as an abiotic factor).
