    The main differences between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells are that:

    1. Eukaryotes are usually multicellular while prokaryotes are usually uni-cellular

    2. Eukaryotes have a nucleus while prokaryotes don't.

    3. Eukaryotes usually have more than one chromosome, prokaryotes usually have less than 1
