5. In humans, the gene for brown eyes is dominant over the gene for blue eyes. If two parents, both

heterozygous for brown eyes, have children, what is the probability of having a blue eyed child? In

addition, summarize all possible phenotypes and genotypes of this couple's offspring.

    Explanation:

    Since both of the parents both have heterzygous for brown eyes, the first offspring would have homozygous brown eyes because the first B's of both parents meet up. The second child would be like the parents, heterozygous brown eyes (Bb), the third child (Bb), and finally the child with blue eyes for the fourth one since both of the parent's b's meet up (bb)
