The initial sequence to begin protein synthesis is seen here. Imagine the sequence is reversed and a second protein is contructed. What can you infer about the second protein?

A) the sequence of bases would halt the production of any proteins.

B) the size of the protein and therefore it's shape would differ from the first.

C) the shape and function of the protein would most likely differ from the first.

D) because the bases are the same, only re-ordered, there will be no change in the protein.
