    The factors which determine the shape of protein are;

    1. Order of amino acids.

    2. The number of amino acids which are used.

    The order of amino acids or in other words primary structure determines how folding of amino acid chain or its tertiary structure.

    Protein is termed as the chemicals which are found in all cells which are used for growth and work. Protein in the human body includes hemoglobin and collagen.
