    I think one hand should be placed on the forehead and two of three fingers on the center of the chest. There are steps involved to CPR for an infant which are; check scene, tell someone to call 911, head tilt chin technique, check the airway, give two breathes and then CPR. One should compress the chest straight down and fast, about 100 compressions per minute and smooth and regular.
