What system moves blood through the body, moves the skeleton, and moves food through the digestive system

    Best Answer: Tissue that moves food through the digestive system are the muscle tissue. They can be found in the esophagus, intestines etc. The tissue that pumps blood through the body is also the muscle tissue but a more specified one: the cardiac muscles.
