Provides adequate pressure to drive life's processes

    Explanation:

A closed circulatory system is advantageous for the following reasons:

It is efficient in delivering oxygen throughout the life of the organism. This is because of the extra filtration that takes place in the blood. The ultra filtration ensures that the blood is thoroughly filtered from impurities like carbon dioxide, nitrogen rich compounds such as amines, etc.

Next, it provides more power in terms of high blood pressure. This is necessary for the blood to reach extremities like the legs and toes.

Next, its has a working lymphatic system.

Most of the vertebrates have the closed circulatory system inside there body to supply the sufficient amount of materials by using more efficient mechanisms having less loss of the nutrients during the supply of these materials or molecules to the different cells and tissues. While the closed circulatory system is more efficient and uses less amount of medium for the transportation of the materials to the different tissues and cells. However, the open circulatory system is found inside the invertebrates having the mechanism of bathing of the different cells and tissues inside the organism's body, this requires too much amount of medium for the transportation of the nutrients and minerals, and that is too very inefficient in nature as compared to the closed form of circulatory system.
