    The prokaryotic organisms are the organisms which evolved earlier than the eukaryotes in primitive conditions therefore they are found in almost all the environment today.

    If all these prokaryotic organisms get eliminated from the environment then the biogeochemical cycle will be disturbed and will put a natural pressure on the other organism. The reason for this could be as the lager organisms cannot survive without these prokaryotes.

    The higher level of organization of these larger organisms are directly dependent on these prokaryotes like the animals contains the prokaryotes in the digestive system.

    If all these bacteria will be eliminated then the animals will not survive, the concept for the first time identified by the Louis Pasteur known as gnotobiotic systems.
