    I believe the first action the nurse should take is to inform the healthcare provider about the status of the client. The nurse should later prepare to do an Intravenous line. An Intravenous line is a thin flexible plastic tube that is use to deliver fluids, blood products and medication to the patient's blood stream. In this situation, It should be used to administer medication
