During the month of June, the Northern Hemisphere is tilted towards the sun an d that is why the temperature increases in norther hemisphere. As the northern hemisphere is tilted towards sun, the sunlight travels more directly to the Earth's surface so less gets scattered in the atmosphere.

During the same time, the Southern Hemisphere is tilted away from sun and thus the southern hemisphere receives directly very less sunlight which decreases temperature in this hemisphere.
