    C. A non renewable resource is able to run out.

A non-renewable resource is NOT renewable, which means once it is used, it's gone.

Quote from National Geographic - "Non-renewable energy comes from sources that will run out or will not be replenished in our lifetimes-or even in many, many lifetimes."
