    The correct answer is that organism is going to be quadruploid (4n) or tetraploid. This means that formed zygote is going to have 4 complete sets of chromosomes which is an example of polyploidy. In human cells, tetraploidy causes significant developmental problems (usually die within the first days or months of life).
