Why is it necessary for exocrine pancreas to use a tubular duct to carry its secreted products?

    It is necessary because the tubular duct assist to narrow and easily channel the secreated product to their targeted site, and more importantly supply and mixing the pancreatic juice and enzymes released by the exocrine to ease the digestion process of food substances and the absorption of nutrients.
