What's the difference between budding and vegetative propation

    Vegetative propagation is a type of asexual reproduction, in which the cells do not split, but the reproduced organism grows from an extension of the parent plant.

    Budding is a type of asexual reproduction in which a new organism develops from an outgrowth or bud due to cell division at one particular site.
