    Answer - A (They are genetic copies of each other)

    Identical (monozygotic) twins develop from the same zygote so they are basically genetic copies of each other, however in the case of fraternal (dizygotic) twins; they develop from different zygotes so asides the fact that they share the same father and mother, they are as similar as any two siblings.
