What area in the nucleus is responsible for assembling ribosomal subunits in eukaryotic cells?

    Answer: nucleolus

    The nucleus is the command center of our cells which contains our chromosomes and hereditary information needed for life’s growth and reproduction. It has five main parts:

    1) the nuclear membrane 2) nucleoplasm 3) Chromatin network 4) Nucleolus, and 5) the endosomes. The area in the nucleus where new ribosomes are assembled in the nucleolus - the dark spot stain like region inside the nucleus.
