Ions play an important role in many of your body's processes. Two ions are pumped in opposite directions the membrane up a chemical and electrical gradient for each. These gradients can be used to drive other transport processes. What are these two important ions?

    The ions play an awesome part of a role when the ions get pumped like that. it might get really really worse because they might blow up your planet so be really carefully about it
